Beryl Basham

Beryl Basham has had a long and successful career in the corporate world. Beryl began their career in 1996 as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where they were instrumental in improving the ROI of 12 banks by selling 20+ pools of consumer and mortgage loans with values up to $50 million. Beryl also designed a training program on tax credits and grant application process, delivered to 22 banks. In 2000, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Insight Consulting, where they developed DEI and ESG roadmaps for clients and trained boards of directors and C Suite executives on diversity initiatives. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Purpose Officer of One Earth Rising\u2122, where they offer a proven track record of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), and B Corporation adherence. Additionally, they develop CSR, DEI programs, strategic alliances and partnerships, policies and procedures, manages compliance, governance, training, implementation planning, and human resource development.

Beryl Basham attended Hampton University before going on to Webster University, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services.
