Stephania Acosta

Stephania Acosta has diverse work experience in various roles. Stephania started their career in 2017 as an Interpreter at Human Quality, where they provided real-time interpretation services for Health Insurance and Assistance Programs. In 2019, they joined Fender Musical Instruments Corporation as a Supply Chain Analyst, where they analyzed data and implemented strategies to improve supply chain efficiency. Stephania later transitioned to the role of Sourcing Lead, where they executed supplier development and negotiated with global vendors. In 2021, Stephania joined Chilliestudio Marketing as a Social Media Manager, responsible for creating content calendars and managing paid media campaigns. Stephania then worked as a Technical Writer at GGA Solutions, developing a knowledge base and designing strategies for customer service automation. Currently, they are a Social Media Coordinator at One Firefly, where they create engaging content and executes social media strategies for clients.

Stephania Acosta started their education journey in 2007 at Universidad de Sonora, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. Stephania successfully completed their degree in 2015. In 2011, Stephania attended the Berklee College of Music for a 5 Week Summer Program, exploring their interest in Music Performance.

In addition to their formal education, Stephania has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In February 2021, they earned the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Stephania also holds certifications in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals, obtained in February 2023, and SEO and Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy, obtained in August 2022 and June 2022, respectively.
