Patti Schmigle

Patti Schmigle has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Patti started their career at The Williams Companies, Inc., where they held executive and management positions for over 20 years. Later, they served as the Executive Director at Up With Trees, a non-profit organization focused on beautification and urban forestry education. Schmigle then joined USIS as the VP of Operations, leading a large commercial background screening provider. Patti continued their career at Oklahoma State University as a Career Consultant before joining ONE Gas. At ONE Gas, they first worked as the Director of Organizational Development and later became the Managing Director of Human Resources.

Patti Schmigle received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University from 1976 to 1980.
