Magnus Wingmark has a solid work experience spanning over two decades. Magnus has held various leadership and board member roles in multiple companies.

Starting from their most recent role, Magnus served as the Head of New Markets at One Group since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Professionals Nord, starting in December 2021.

In this role, they were responsible for the Swedish organization, overseeing 600 full-time employees and 5,500 staffing consultants. The net sales under their leadership reached 2.5 BSEK in 2018. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Academy, a part of Academic Work, from October 2016 to December 2017.

Prior to their time at Academic Work, Magnus worked at Ericsson in various roles. Magnus served as the Vice President of Managed Services Global Sales Support & Portfolio Management from March 2009 to August 2010. Before that, they were the Director & Head of Managed Services Hosting, responsible for global business development within the outsourcing of applications and enablers. Magnus also held the position of Director & Head of Strategy and worked as a Marketing Strategist during their tenure at Ericsson.

Magnus started their career as a Management Consultant at Capgemini, specializing in Strategy & Business Development from 1999 to 2001.

Magnus Wingmark began their education in 1989 at Uppsala University, where they obtained a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics in 1992. Magnus then pursued further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2002, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management. From 2003 to 2006, Magnus attended the Henley Business School, where they completed an Executive MBA. Their dissertation focused on the key factors to successful post-acquisition. In 2005, they briefly attended IMD for a course on Leadership and Finance.
