Maria Matsdotter

Maria Matsdotter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maria started their career as a Platschef/cafébiträde at Vogue Café in 2002. Maria then worked as a Säljare at Gärdin & Persson AB for nine years. In 2013, Maria became a Rekryteringsassistent at Experis Sweden before moving on to Svensk Direktreklam AB as a Distributionschef. Maria was responsible for a new distribution in Umeå, including managing a large customer and leading a team of distributors. Maria later joined Clockwork Bemanning & Rekrytering AB as a Rekryteringskonsult & Konsultchef, where they handled multiple recruitment processes and achieved high levels of satisfaction from both candidates and clients. In 2016, they became a Försäljningschef at IB Internet broker AB/hitta.se, where they had regional responsibility for budget, sales, and team management. Maria then moved to Vattenfall in 2020 as a People & Business Manager before joining One Group Sverige in 2022 as an Operations Manager.

Maria Matsdotter's education history includes three different educational experiences. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Umeå University and studied Arbetsrätt (Labor Law), without completing a degree. Prior to that, they pursued a Kandidatexamen, Fil.Kand (Bachelor's degree) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2009 to 2012 at Umeå University. Lastly, from 1999 to 2002, Maria attended Östra gymnasiet in Umeå and completed the Samhällsvetenskapliga programmet med ekonomisk inriktning (Social Science Program with an Economic focus), without obtaining a specific degree.
