Paul Westhead

Paul Westhead is currently serving as the Interim Director of Development at One Heritage Group PLC. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as Development Director at Anderton Gables and Owner of Enza Property Group. With a strong background in strategic regeneration, placemaking, and development projects, Paul has also worked as the Head of Land and Partnerships at THT AND L&Q DEVELOPMENTS LLP and held various development management roles at companies like Trafford MBC and First Industrial Ltd. Paul holds a MSC in Real Estate & Property Management from The University of Salford and a BA (Hons) in Business Management from UCLAN.
