Bill Ingram

Bill Ingram has extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Bill currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at ONE HIRING since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Innovation Officer (Interim) at Scede from June 2021 to December 2021.

From 2017 to 2020, Bill worked as a C-Level Interim exec at Maundrel, where they provided innovation leadership and C-Level expertise to various companies. During this time, they also worked as an investor and Non-Executive Director at Sponsure.com, the UK's first amateur sports sponsorship marketplace.

In 2020, Bill founded Up or Out (UporOut.io), the world's first Introduction as a Service (IaaS) provider, focusing on democratizing lateral attorney hiring in Am Law firms and in-house hiring for Fortune 1000 organizations.

Prior to that, Bill served as the Executive Vice President EMEA at Seven Step RPO from September 2014 to February 2017. Bill also founded BlueGlue Ltd in 2005, where they held the role of CEO and Founder until February 2017.

Before starting BlueGlue, Bill had various consulting roles from 2002 to 2005, and they were the Head of Thames Valley Technology Practice at Robert Walters from 2000 to 2002.

Bill's career began at Computer Futures Solutions in 1996, where they worked as a City-teamleader until 2000.
