Julian Maximilian Schubert has a strong background in founding and leading companies. Julian Maximilian is currently the Founder & CEO of ONE HIRING, where they are pioneering the digitization of the talent acquisition process in the tech and finance industries. Prior to this, Julian was also the Founder & CEO of THEBIG4 and Elliott Browne. Additionally, they have worked as an Operations Assistant and a Project Manager on freelance basis for Octagon and George P Johnson, respectively.
