Pam Bruggeman

Pam Bruggeman, J.D., SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Valdes Engineering Company since September 2014, with prior roles as Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner. Additionally, Pam is an Ambassador Board Member at One Hope United since April 2019. Pam's legal experience includes serving as a Senior Law Student at the Community Preservation Clinic, where assistance was provided to homeowners facing foreclosure, and holding positions as a Law Clerk at Dodd & Maatuka and the Office of University Counsel. Pam also volunteered as a Law Clerk at the Cowen Institute for Public Education Initiatives and was a Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois College of Law, supporting first-year students in legal writing. Pam's education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and Rhetoric from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
