Lee Gibson

Lee Gibson has over 20 years of experience in the housing and finance sectors. Lee is currently a Group Board Member at One Housing, and was previously the Executive Director of Finance at Bromford. At Bromford, they were responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including audit, financial controls, and cash flow. Lee also successfully merged Bromford, Merlin, and SV, and gained the consent of all lenders.

Previously, Gibson was the Financial and Commercial Director for Public Sector at Serco. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's debt portfolio of over £1bn. Lee also had program board responsibility for transformation programmes based around Microsoft D365.

Gibson has a proven track record in successfully managing large organisations and complex financial portfolios. Lee is an expert in housing finance, and their experience in the public sector makes their uniquely qualified to help One Housing deliver on its mission.

Lee Gibson's educational career includes studying accounting and finance at the University of Sunderland and BPP Law School. Lee is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting.
