Ruma Begum

Ruma Begum is an experienced Management Accountant with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis. Currently working at One Housing since June 2022, Ruma collaborates with the finance business partner team to deliver comprehensive financial information and analysis. Previously held positions include Management Accountant at Bright Horizons, where Ruma was responsible for accurate monthly reporting and stakeholder communication, as well as at Northgate Information Solutions, focusing on project financials and budget support. Earlier experience includes a role at National Express, where Ruma analyzed sales data and maintained financial records. Ruma began the accounting career as an Accounts Assistant at Trinity Estates, assisting with service charge accounts and variance analysis. Ruma holds a 1st class honors degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Hertfordshire and is a part-qualified CIMA student.
