Theresa Clarke-Livingstone

Theresa Clarke-Livingstone is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and development sector, notably serving as Project Manager at Riverside from May 2014 to June 2024, where responsibility included development programme delivery. Prior to this role, Theresa contributed as Affordable Housing Project Manager for Havering Council in early 2014, facilitating the council's first stage development programme under the Mayor's Covenant. Experience also includes a tenure as New Build Project Manager for the London Borough of Lewisham, focusing on feasibility studies for new schemes, and a long-term position at The Hyde Group as Senior Development Officer/Project Manager from 1995 to 2012, which involved the successful delivery of mixed tenure projects.
