Gaurav R. has a solid work experience in the IT industry, with positions held in multiple companies. Gaurav started their career at GE in 2001 as part of the GE Technical Support Project Team. From there, they joined Quest Software in 2004 and took on various roles, including Technical Support Engineer, Support Team Lead, and Support Manager in Identity & Access Management. In 2012, Gaurav joined Dell as a Support Manager in Identity & Access Management and eventually became a Senior Support Manager. Currently, they are working at One Identity as the EMEA/APAC Support Director, a role they started in 2022.

Gaurav R. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Henley Business School, which they obtained between 2012 and 2016. Gaurav also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Osmania University, which they earned from 1997 to 2000. In addition, Gaurav has an Honours Diploma in Networking Computers from the National Institute of Information Technology, completed from 1997 to 1999. Their secondary education was completed at Saint Georges Boys Grammar School in Hyderabad, India, where they earned Indian Council of Secondary Education (ICSE) (O-Level) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) (A-Level) qualifications from 1985 to 1997. Apart from their formal education, Gaurav has obtained certifications including Certified Support Manager and Certified Support Supervisor from SGSA, as well as Situational Leadership II (SLII) from The Ken Blanchard Companies.
