About the role

One Legal, an InfoTrack Company, is seeking an experienced Account Executive who is passionate about delivering excellence through every step of the sales relationship. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for seeking out new customers, managing a pipeline of sales opportunities, and onboarding new clients. Success in this role will require a customer-centric approach, the ability to identify process inefficiencies and offer impactful solutions, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a hybrid role with up to 3 days a week to be based out of our office in San Francisco

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities across your territory from initial interest through their first month of using our technology.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about our target market of law firms and legal professionals and understand the challenges they face that our software can solve.
  • Work with opportunities that have been qualified by our Sales Development Team, as well as those that you have sourced yourself through research and direct outreach.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to identify process inefficiencies and offer prospects impactful solutions.
  • Sell remotely using sales tools such as Salesforce, Dialpad, Zoom, and ZoomInfo.
  • Onboard new sales, including setting up accounts, providing training, and assisting with placing their first orders.
  • Understand targets and critical metrics and perform against quota.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to develop onboarding plans and strategies that lead to rapid adoption and usage of our services.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of our product, customers, and effective sales tactics and strategies.
