Ron Berthiaume

Ron Berthiaume is the current Chief Financial Officer at One Legal. Prior to this, they held the same position at One Legal | An InfoTrack Company from January 2016 to May 2020. Ron is responsible for CFO for a leading legal tech & litigation support firm, and their key accomplishments include managing an Investment Banker facilitated fundraising process that resulted in a successful 100% sale to a strategic buyer, re-engineering and standardizing the incentive compensation & equity comp framework, and implementing rolling forecasting & budgeting process, among others.

Ron Berthiaume has a MBA from Columbia Business School and a MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Ron also has a BBA in Finance and Accounting from St. Bonaventure University. Ron is certified from the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants in CPA.
