Erica Demint

Erica DeMint currently serves as the Regional President of Operations at GoHealth Urgent Care since July 2024 and previously held senior roles at One Medical, including Senior Regional Director for the Northeast and Vice President of East Regional Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Administrator and Chief Financial Officer at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where Erica was instrumental in developing high-performing primary care services. Extensive experience in operational and financial management is further demonstrated through roles at NYU Langone Health, UCSF Medical Center, and Weill Cornell Medical College, focusing on strategic planning, patient care, and process improvement. Erica holds an MS in Physical Therapy from Washington University and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Regis University, complemented by a BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
