Jonathan Wolford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and community service. Currently serving as a Risk Analyst for Medicare Population Health Programs at One Medical since November 2021, Jonathan previously held roles at Iora Health as a Health Navigator and Health Coach, contributing to the organization's merger with One Medical.
