Jose Gutierrez

Jose Gutierrez is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in performance excellence and strategic operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Performance Excellence at One Medical since October 2019, Jose leads multiple functions including Patient Experience, Performance Innovation/Improvement, and Strategic Partnerships & Integrations. Prior roles include Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships Operations and Senior Manager of Experience Innovation at Michigan Medicine, as well as Associate Director of Strategic Operations at UnitedHealth Group's Optum. Jose's earlier career includes management and analyst roles at Stanford Health Care and UCLA Health. Jose holds an MBA and a Master's in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Spanish Literature from UCLA.
