As a partner and consultant to the business and talent organizations, Chela is responsible for developing and creating the strategic long-term hiring plan and initiatives to advance the diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging for Reformation. Chela has more than 20 years of experience in talent.
Prior to joining Reformation Chela led global talent teams within high technology, automotive and aerospace industries across The U.S, Brazil, China, France, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.
Chela’s commitment to advocacy led her to work with Non-Profits California Kids Connection, Miles Above and her latest venture as a board member for One Mind an organization dedicated to transforming and destigmatizing brain health through science, media and business.
Chela studied employment law at California Empire College of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from California State University, Sonoma State (SSU).
