Mark Calzaretta

Mark Calzaretta is an experienced freelance writer with a focus on wireless communications, computer systems, law enforcement, and firearms since January 1991. An NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, Mark has taught various firearm disciplines for several decades. Mark has also pursued photography since the 1970s, specializing in event, product, and portrait photography, as well as video production. Mark held management roles, including Office Manager at DUR-RICH REALTY, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and facilitating employee management. As the President of Racing Planet USA, Mark led the company in becoming a notable European distributor of scooter parts. Mark's diverse background also includes roles as Director of Operations at Southeast Publications and Scooter Superstore of America, and as Director of Law Enforcement at Metroplex Mobile Data, contributing to advancements in mobile computing for law enforcement.
