Thanh Hoa Lai has a diverse work experience in the field of legal and compliance. Thanh Hoa currently holds the position of Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at One Mount, starting in November 2021. Before that, they worked as the Head of Legal at One Mount from September 2020 to November 2021. Prior to joining One Mount, Thanh worked at VinID as the Head of Legal Compliance from October 2017 to September 2020. Thanh Hoa also served as a Legal Manager at VinDS (Vingroup) from September 2017 to October 2018. Thanh has experience in the e-commerce industry, having worked as a Senior Manager at Adayroi.com from September 2017 to October 2018. Thanh Hoa started their career as a Legal Counsel at VietinBank from March 2014 to September 2017. Thanh's earlier experience includes working as a Legal Counsel at InvestConsult Legal Services from August 2011 to March 2014.

Thanh Hoa Lai completed an MA degree in International Trade Policy and Law from Foreign Trade University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, between 2007 and 2011, Thanh Hoa Lai attended Foreign Trade University, specializing in International Business Law.
