Craig McNish

Craig Mcnish is an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and service delivery within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Team Leader of Enterprise Service Assurance at One New Zealand since May 2020, Craig previously held roles at MacDuff Industries and Spark New Zealand, where responsibilities included managing provisioning teams for Fibre Broadband and Voice services. Craig has a proven track record in incident management, team development, and process improvement from positions held at Auckland Council, IBM Global Process Services, and Fujitsu NZ LTD. With extensive experience in managing technical teams and enhancing operational efficiencies, Craig has consistently met key performance indicators and fostered collaborative team environments. Education was completed at Rosmini College.
