Joe Fogarty

Joe Fogarty currently serves as the Practise Lead for Service Management and Lead for Service Delivery Management in the Public Sector at One New Zealand since April 2023. Prior to this, Joe Fogarty held various roles at Vodafone, including Manager of Service Transition and Service Delivery Manager for Technology Enterprise Services from 2014 to 2023, focusing on customer-centric service delivery for the Bank of New Zealand. Joe Fogarty also has significant experience at ANZ, progressing from Manager of Desktop Support (2008-2012) to Senior Manager of Service Desk and User Access Management (2013-2014), overseeing a team of 65 staff responsible for first-level technology services. Joe Fogarty's extensive background is underscored by strong ITIL training and a commitment to effective service management across the technology sector.
