Roxy Tillie-Gibson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Roxy started their career in 2008 as a Regional Coordinator at CCUSA, where they recruited candidates for work experience programs. Roxy then worked as a Process Analyst at Engen Petroleum Head Office, evaluating systems and processes. In 2009, they joined Achievement Awards Group as a Marketing Promotions Coordinator, responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns. Roxy was later promoted to Marketing Promotions Executive.
In 2011, Roxy joined Working In Ltd as a Marketing Communications Manager, delivering targeted marketing campaigns and managing social media. Roxy then worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Genesis, providing innovative digital solutions for customer acquisition and retention. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Online Performance Manager at Westpac New Zealand Limited, optimizing sales performance and driving testing programs.
Roxy's experience in the digital marketing field continued at Sparkline, where they were the Country Lead for New Zealand and Australia. Roxy established the company as a thought leader and drove revenue growth through strategic business development. Roxy then joined Southern Cross Health Society in 2018 as a CX Programme Manager, responsible for improving customer experience and engagement metrics.
In 2021, Roxy joined Vodafone New Zealand as a Data Experience Lead, focusing on digital analytics and MarTech strategy. Roxy later took on the role of MarTech & Experience Optimization Chapter Lead and Growth Marketing CoE Lead (secondment - maternity cover).
Currently, Roxy works at One New Zealand as the Data & AI Capabilities Lead, responsible for leading data and AI capabilities within the organization.
Roxy Tillie-Gibson completed a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Marketing (Honours) from the University of Cape Town from 2005 to 2008. In 2014, they obtained a Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner degree in Project Management from The Knowledge Academy. In 2013, they received a Digital Marketing Certification from the Marketing Association of New Zealand. Roxy also completed the Introduction to Data Studio course from the Google Analytics Academy in 2019, and the Google Tag Manager Fundamentals course in 2015.
