Steve Sumner

Steve Sumner is an IoT Solution Architect at One New Zealand since April 2023, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at Vodafone New Zealand where Steve served as Principal Technical Specialist from 2002 to April 2023. In this role, Steve Sumner interfaced with solution providers to develop mobile applications and solutions for Vodafone's cellular network while capturing customer M2M and IoT solution requirements. Prior to this, Steve Sumner held positions as Principal Technical Specialist and Principal Technical Consultant at Vodafone NZ Limited from 2002 to 2012, and served as Wireless Data Manager at ECONZ and ECONZ Wireless Ltd from 1996 to 2002.
