Ben Owen

Ben Owen has a diverse range of work experience in the recruitment industry. Ben started their career in 2001 as a Contact Centre Recruitment Manager at easyJet Airline Co Ltd. Ben then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Career Moves, Ascent Media, and BBC. In 2008, they joined Framestore as a VFX Crew Manager & Recruiter. Ben continued their career at MPC as a Global Recruiter and later as the Global Head of Recruitment. Ben then moved to Double Negative, where they served as the Global Head of Recruitment. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Talent Manager at One of Us before being promoted to General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Studio Operations at One of Us.
