Sara Harcourt

Sara Harcourt is a seasoned professional in policy development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Policy at The ONE Campaign since December 2010. Throughout this tenure, Sara has held various roles, including Policy Director for Development Finance and Policy Manager positions focused on Research, Publications, and Aid Effectiveness. Prior experience includes working at The Brookings Institution from March 2007 to December 2010 as Administrator for the Africa Growth Initiative and Project Coordinator for Global Economy and Development. Earlier in career at the Corporate Executive Board from June 2003 to May 2004, Sara worked as a Research Associate for the Marketing Leadership Council. Sara completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University (1999-2003) and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Florida (2004-2006).
