Jarred S. Bowman

Jarred S. Bowman is an experienced policy analyst with a strong background in education and youth services. Currently, Jarred serves as Racial Equity Policy Analyst at the Council of the District of Columbia and Youth Drop In Center Coordinator at Sasha Bruce Youthwork. Previous roles include Early Childhood Policy Analyst at DC Action for Children, School Climate Policy Analyst at the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education, and various leadership positions at The Black Swan Academy. Jarred also has experience as an Education Policy and Advocacy Fellow at the DC Fiscal Policy Institute and contributed as a Middle School STEM Teacher in the School District of Philadelphia through Teach For America. Jarred holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Government and Politics and History from St. John's University, a Certificate in Social and Economic Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a Course Certificate in Data Analytics from General Assembly.
