Dan McDermid has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Dan started their career as a Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in 2004. In 2005, they joined Bentall Kennedy as a Director, specializing in Acquisitions & Sales. McDermid then moved on to ONE Properties where they held various roles, including Director of Asset Management and currently serves as the Vice President of Development Governance and Acquisitions. McDermid has consistently worked in roles related to acquisitions, sales, asset management, and development in the real estate sector throughout their career.

Dan McDermid attended Thompson Rivers University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance and Economics.
