Cynthia Primm

Cynthia Primm serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at One Senior Care, leading HR efforts for the nation's premier PACE provider serving rural and Appalachian communities since August 2023. Additionally, Primm is the Founder and Curator of Women Beyond Breaking, a community initiative aimed at empowering women.
