Mark Griffin

Mark Griffin is an experienced business leader with a focus on sustainability and strategic development. Currently serving as General Partner for Strategic Business Development at Greenfins LLC, Mark is instrumental in creating a sustainable aquaculture operation aimed at generating significant annual revenue. As Managing Partner at One Step Closer, Mark oversees a $50 million venture fund dedicated to promoting a regenerative society. Mark also founded Verte Sante Venture Partners, providing consulting to sustainability-focused companies, and has held advisory roles with Producers Trust, enhancing sustainable supply chains. Previous leadership roles include President at Natural Habitats and New Organics, where Mark led operations and drove business growth in organic and fair trade products. Beginning a career at Trader Joe's as a Senior Buyer, Mark developed revenue strategies for a major retail chain. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing & Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate in Applied Science in Food Management from The State University of New York.
