Bri Rich has been working in the professional world since 2015. Bri began their career as an Assistant Director of Client Services at Sun Coast Introductions/Gold Coast Matchmakers. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team that consulted and guided clients through matching making services. In 2019, Bri moved to Tampa Bay Tech Solutions, LLC, where they were a Senior Account Executive - SMB. In this role, they were responsible for proposing and negotiating client contracts, providing account management services to new and existing customers, and updating IT and VoIP Managed Services. In 2020, Bri joined Trane as an Account Manager - Enterprise. During their time at Trane, they received five months of state-of-the-art training and acted as a liaison between customers, technicians, outside vendors, contractors, and Project Managers. Most recently, Bri joined LendSimpli as a Relationship Manager. In this role, they are responsible for identifying and developing new investor relationships, interviewing investors seeking private financing, and recommending loan approvals or declinations based on internal policies.

Bri Rich has a diverse education background. In 2014-2015, they obtained a Cosmetology License from Focus 4 Beauty Career Center in the field of Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General. From 2017-2019, they attended St. Petersburg College and studied Communication, General. In 2019, they obtained a Sales Certification from REDROCK LEADERSHIP in the field of SYSTEMATIC FOUNDATION. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from Coursera in the years 2022 and 2023: How to create a Jira SCRUM project (2023), Trello for Beginners (2022), and Use Automation in Trello (2022).
