Katie Rivera

Katie Rivera has a strong work history in marketing communications and administrative roles. Katie started their career as a Test and Measurement Administrative Assistant at Abtech Systems in 2011, where they handled sales orders and assisted with shipping and receiving. In 2012, they became a Marketing Coordinator at Abtech Technologies, responsible for managing Google Ad Words and generating reports on incoming leads. Katie then moved on to One Stop Systems, where they worked their way up from Marketing Communications Specialist to Marketing Communications Manager before eventually becoming the Director of Marketing Communications. In their current role, Katie oversees the budget for the entire marketing communications department and manages a team of two employees. Katie is also responsible for tracking leads from various marketing campaigns and importing them into Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Katie Rivera obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Rancho Buena Vista High School from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute in August 2022.
