Grégoire Pennone has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Grégoire began their career in 2006 at Trimedia SA, where they served as the COO and worked on business development. In 2009, they founded their own company, Pennone & Partners SA, and served as the CEO until 2010. Grégoire then moved on to work as a Senior Vice President at BDO Switzerland for a brief period in 2011. Later that year, they became the Secretary General at Banque Bénédict Hentsch & Cie SA until 2013. In the same year, they also founded Loyco Fid and served as a founding member until 2014. Additionally, they worked as an independent consultant at Grégoire Pennone from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they also served on the board of Laclinic Montreux as a board member until 2020. In 2014, they joined M&BD Consulting® as a Corporate Governance Advisor and remained in this position until 2015. In 2016, they joined OXIAL as a director. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at ONE swiss bank since November 2015.
Grégoire Pennone has an extensive education history. Grégoire obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Geneva from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a further degree at the same university, earning a DEA in Fiscal Law from 1999 to 2001. Grégoire then attended the Ecole de commerce de Genève for four years, from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a license in Law. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in marketing strategy, communication, and e-business at the University of Geneva from 2007 to 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Grégoire Pennone furthered their knowledge and skills by obtaining additional certifications. Grégoire earned a CAS in Health Services Management from the University of Lausanne in 2015. Furthermore, they completed a Certification in Sustainable Finance from ISFB - Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire. The obtained month and year for this certification have not been specified.
Grégoire also briefly attended New York University's School of Continuing Education in 1999, though no degree was mentioned for this experience.
