Rachel Genn (she/her)

Rachel Genn is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and culture development. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at OneTeam Partners since September 2021, Rachel previously held the role of Director of Talent & Culture at Brightfield from January 2020 to September 2021. Prior experience includes various positions at Optoro, where Rachel advanced from Manager to Director of Talent & Culture between January 2018 and January 2020, and a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist role at Digital Realty. Rachel began a career in recruitment at Smartlink, LLC, and Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included corporate recruitment and campus recruitment. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
