Michelle Lavarias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design training, development, and auditing, currently serving as the Design Training & Development Manager at One Workplace since January 2016. In this role, Michelle champions workplace culture, collaborates cross-functionally to enhance processes, and designs comprehensive onboarding and professional development programs.
