Khalid Khan

Khalid Khan serves as the Associate Director of Strategy & Performance Management at Novartis since December 2018, where significant achievements include streamlining IT performance reporting and leading workforce transformation initiatives. In this role, Khalid collaborates closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance organizational performance. As an OYW Ambassador for One Young World, Khalid represents Novartis in the global leadership community, promoting youth leadership across various fields. Previous positions at Novartis include Associate Manager and Business Technology Architect, where Khalid led critical projects in technology migration and regulatory information management, demonstrating strong project management skills. Prior experience at Bank of America involved designing HR solutions and crisis management within technology teams. Khalid holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a B. Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation from Vellore Institute of Technology.
