Wendy Souvannarath

Wendy Souvannarath serves as the Deputy CEO and Chief People Officer at Tudigo since March 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Wendy has held the position of Global Head of Talent at Back Market from August 2021 to March 2024 and has been an Ambassador for One Young World since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Wendy spent several years at L'Oréal, progressing from Human Resources Manager for the Professional Products Division to Talent Acquisition Director for the Consumer Products Division. Wendy's career began at AREVA T&D, where various HR roles were undertaken, including Human Resources Generalist and Development Officer. Wendy holds multiple degrees from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, culminating in a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
