Wing Kie Siu

Wing Kie Siu is a Product & Process Developer currently serving as R&D Assistant Manager for Unilever's UFS Dressings since December 2021, with a focus on innovative flavour application for plant-based ice cream and meat analogues. Siu is also an ambassador for One Young World, representing Unilever and The Netherlands, and working collaboratively to address global challenges. Previous experience includes roles as a part-time tutor, research and development intern with Unilever, and project leader for a student-led startup. Educational credentials include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Food Sciences from Wageningen University & Research, complemented by an international academic experience at the University of Helsinki.
