G'Ann Boese has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. G'Ann started their career in 1987 as a Sales and Reservations Manager at Sheraton Park Place Hotel where they assisted with forecasting, advertising, and group sales. In 1997, they worked as a Travel Coordinator at Nordictrack Inc. From 1998 to 2014, G'Ann worked at Aimia Inc, first as a Sr. Event Manager and then as a Manager of Program Operations. G'Ann'sresponsibilities included program management, budgeting, client communication, and team coordination. In 2015, G'Ann joined One10 Marketing as the Manager of Financial & Program Process and later became the Director of Event Operations, where they ensured effective management of client programs and trained teams to meet objectives. G'Ann also worked as a freelance Licensed Massage Therapist during this time.

G'Ann Boese's education history includes a Massage Therapy Diploma from Globe University in 2015. Prior to that, they attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Graphic Design. G'Ann obtained their High School Diploma from Greenway High School in 1986. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained First Aid and Healthcare Provider CPR and AED certifications in 2015 from the National Safety Council and American Red Cross respectively.
