Tiffany Kaplan is an experienced professional in performance improvement and training, currently serving as Senior Strategist - GM Innovation at One10 since February 2013. Kaplan has designed and implemented global training solutions for sales and customer engagement strategies in the automotive industry, notably working with General Motors and Subaru. As the Founder and CEO of Upfront Technologies, LLC since 1998, Kaplan has developed custom performance solutions across various sectors, including Pharmaceutical and Energy. Previous roles include Learning and Performance Team Lead at MXM Health, where Kaplan spearheaded instructional design for pharmaceutical products, and various training positions in earlier career stages. Kaplan holds a BBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Davenport University and has continually demonstrated a commitment to enhancing learning strategies and performance outcomes across diverse industries.
