Jim Kodjababian is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare operations and consulting. Currently serving as a Trusted Advisor Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. and as a Partner at OneAccord since 2018, Kodjababian has previously held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Frontier Derm Partners and The CORE Institute/HOPCO, where responsibilities included operational leadership for large multi-provider networks. With a successful track record at Sound Physicians, where growth was achieved from 12 to 26 states, and earlier consulting roles at Point B and ECG Management Consultants, Kodjababian's expertise spans operational efficiencies, practice management, and strategic enhancements in the healthcare industry. Kodjababian holds an MBA in Finance and Healthcare from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Pomona College.
