Hannah also completed an NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques (Process Improvement) at Holt Green from 2018 to 2019. In addition, they completed an Intermediate level apprenticeship in Improving Operation performance (Engineering, science, and Manufacturing) at Holt Green in the same period. Hannah also earned an NVQ level 3 in Management from Edexel in 2014 and an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Management from Skills CFA in the same year. Hannah completed a BTEC in Management from Edexcel in 2013 and an Intermediate level apprenticeship in Team leading from Skills CFA in the same year. Furthermore, they obtained a BTEC level 2 in Team Leading from Edexcel in 2012. Hannah also holds additional certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in 2021 and Service Design from MadeFor. in 2019.
