Marianne West

Marianne West has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the HR and talent acquisition field. Marianne is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition & Reward at Advanced, where they are responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and driving employee retention initiatives. Prior to this, Marianne served as the Head of Talent Experience, overseeing hiring, learning and development, employer branding, and reward strategies. Marianne also has experience as an HR Talent Manager, where they worked closely with different business functions to execute hiring, learning, and reward strategies. Before joining Advanced, Marianne worked as the Head of Talent at Oakam Ltd, where they led initiatives related to people and organizational development, talent acquisition, and HR activities. Marianne also served as the Chief of Staff, where they acted as a liaison between the CEO and executive team and managed internal communication strategies and change management initiatives. Marianne's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Clarity Consulting Associates Limited and as an HR Assistant at Oxford University Press.

Marianne West completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Oxford Brookes University from 2011 to 2014. Marianne then pursued a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology at City, University of London from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a BPS Certified Test User: Personality and Ability (OPQ) qualification at City, University of London in 2016, specializing in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology.
