Paul Mowat

Paul Mowat has extensive work experience in the field of software development and architecture. Paul has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their skills in key technologies such as Node.js, Docker, AWS, SQL Server, C#, Java, and more. Paul has experience in leading teams and projects, ensuring the delivery of functionality as specified, on time, and with high quality. Paul has also mentored and supported teams with different skill sets and locations. Throughout their career, Paul has worked on payroll systems, ERP architecture, website development for Oil & Gas customers, and database design and implementation.

Paul Mowat completed their education in Computing. From 2001 to 2004, they studied at Banff & Buchan College and obtained an HND in Computing. Paul then attended Robert Gordon University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Computing for Internet and Multimedia. Additionally, Paul has obtained several certifications, including AWS Knowledge: Cloud Essentials and AWS Knowledge: Serverless from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Harness Certified Continuous Delivery & GitOps Developer and Harness Certified Continuous Integration Developer from Harness. Paul is also an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and holds the Well-Architected Proficient certification from AWS. Paul has also completed a course on Getting Started With Jenkins Continuous Integration from Pluralsight.
