Charles West

Charles West is an experienced Project Safety Manager with a demonstrated history of implementing safety measures and training within the construction industry. Currently serving at O'Neal, Inc. since August 2013 and also at O'Neal Constructors Inc. since 2012, Charles focuses on accident prevention and educating workers about safe practices. Previously at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC from February 2005 to October 2011, responsibilities included employee safety training, conducting weekly safety meetings, and performing daily site inspections. From September 2001 to February 2005, Charles worked as an Area Safety Coordinator at United Forming, Inc., conducting monthly inspections and training new employees on safety protocols. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Troy State University and completion of the OHSA Outreach Instructor Course from USF South Florida.
