Phillip Honea

Phillip Honea is an experienced professional in construction management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Construction Process Chemical at O'Neal, Inc. since July 2002, Phillip Honea is responsible for overseeing construction teams to ensure safe and effective execution of site activities.
