Dheeraj Mathur

Dheeraj Mathur is the SVP and Head of Sales for Home Solutions at OneAssist. Dheeraj has over 20 years of experience in sales and management, with a focus on the telecommunications industry.

Dheeraj began their career at Tata Teleservices Ltd in December 2015, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become the General Manager and Head of Post Paid for Maharashtra and Goa. In this role, they were responsible for managing a budget of over INR 300 Cr, spearheading 15% of SOGA, and monitoring 6% of CMS.

In October 2017, Dheeraj joined OneAssist Consumer Solutions as the Vice President & National Head of Direct, Channel and B2B Sales. In this role, they were responsible for managing the sales pipeline, increasing market share and revenue, and developing sales strategies to meet targets. Dheeraj also oversaw the development of sales trackers to monitor the competition and fine-tune strategies accordingly.

In April 2021, Dheeraj was promoted to Senior Vice President & Head of Sales - Home Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing strategies to increase market share and revenue. Dheeraj is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by strengthening sales and marketing processes and improving CSAT scores.

Dheeraj Mathur received a PGDBA in Finance & Marketing from IBS Hyderabad and a B.COM from Commerce College, Jaipur. Dheeraj also completed their XII in Commerce from Subodh Public School, Jaipur.

They work with Gaurav Kapil - COO, Nikhil Arora - Chief Product & Marketing Officer, and Ashish Joshi - VP, Customer Experience. Dheeraj Mathur reports to Gagan Maini, Co-Founder & Director.
