Will Barnett

Will Barnett, P.E. has extensive experience in transportation engineering design and construction engineering and inspection services. Will began their career at the City of Odessa, Texas as an Associate Civil Engineer from 1994 to 1996. Will then joined the Texas Department of Transportation as an Area Engineer from 1996 to 2016. During this time, they advanced through the ranks and eventually became the Lubbock Area Engineer, overseeing all construction and maintenance activities in Lubbock County and managing projects totaling over $600 million. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Pavetex Engineering & Testing. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President - Regional Director of Operations at Atlas, a position they have held since August 2022. In addition, they also served as the National Director - CEI Services at Atlas from October 2020 to August 2022.

Will Barnett, P.E. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1993. Will is also a certified Professional Engineer by the State of Ohio and the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. The year of obtaining the certifications is not specified.
