Karen White

Karen White SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with roles at various companies such as FieldCore, Mercury Insurance, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Karen has held positions ranging from Talent Acquisition to Vice President of Compensation and Benefits. Karen has expertise in global total rewards, compensation and benefits programs, talent management, leadership coaching and development, and strategic HR business partnership. Their experience includes establishing and leading global total rewards centers of excellence, overseeing compensation structure and market pricing, and delivering results to enhance organizational culture.

Karen White SPHR earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University in 1996. In 2015, they also obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Boston University. Additionally, Karen has obtained various certifications, including the SHRM-SCP, sHRBP, Prosci Change Management Certificate, and the SPHR certification from HRCI.
